Reminders:

1. Before you have applied for any scholarships to a college, you MUST apply for admissions FIRST!  Colleges will throw away any scholarship applications where the applicant has not been admitted to the college.  If you have not applied for admissions you may do so on the college’s website or turn in an admissions application with your scholarship application to me.
2. Make sure that you read and understand what you are required to do for each specific scholarship and school.  Some scholarships require additional items that others may not.  Only completed applications should be turned in to me.
3. If you are required to write an essay for a scholarship, make sure that you have an English teacher proof-read your essay.  I will not be proof-reading your essays.

REDSTONE ARSENAL, AL---Science & Engineering Apprentice Program--Are you interested in Science & Math?  The Science and Engineering Apprentice Program (SEAP) for high school & college students is a program sponsored by the Dept. of Defense (Dop).  It provides students with invaluable experience and exposure to the world of scientific research.  For more info and an application go to www.usaeop.com.  Deadline for application is Jan. 30, 2009.
